Michael H Kaleikini B.A., ABETA has been a certified American Business Etqiuette Trainer through the American Business Etqiuette Trainers Association since 2006. As a business develpoment specialist he worked with small to medium sized businesses in helping them refine their marketing and business operations. He enjoyed learning and working with numerous businesses and also the local university. Training some of their students in American Business Etiquette alowed them greater confidence in interacting with their peers and alumni.

After being certified as a trainer, Michael began working with professionals and business owners helping them increase their skills in building and keeping rapport through American Business Etiquette. This helped increase business for these business owners and professionals again increasing their confidence in knowing they were setting themselves apart through the training.

Michael is currently writing a book on American Business Etiquette. It relates through stories the good, the bad, and the ugly; how it is used and how it can benefit business professionals in the workplace. These stories show how it is possible to create better situations and how to correct awkward ones created by missing verbal or postural cues. He encourages practice consistently even with his own family.

As a speaker, Michael enjoys inspiring others to use Business Etiquette in their daily routines. Not just at work but at home and in social situations. It never hurts to use our resounding theme: "Practice outcome based behaviors wrapped in a courteous manner that give your customer a positive experience that creates unconscious (or perhaps conscious) loyalty to you and your company."

As a single father, Michael loves his son and works with him to help him understand what it means to use Business Etiquette even in school situations. It has helped his son find favor with adults and knowing how well mannered he is.

Michael recently took a position with the Nevada State PTA as part of the marketing committee. It is his intent to help support change in the realm of education by supporting connection of the business community and State PTA as a vehicle for them to help effect change.
